Maintenance is the ongoing care of your website: updates, security, fixes and small changes. Hosting is the server it runs on. We offer both, together or separately, and many clients take them together in a care plan.
What does a maintenance plan include?
Regular updates, security monitoring, backups and support for changes. Care plans start from £50 a month, and we will tell you exactly what is included before you commit.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Often, yes, if they are WordPress. We will review the site first and tell you honestly what it needs.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
We aim to respond promptly and will agree what to expect for your plan when you sign up.
Can I still ask for changes to my content?
Yes. Small content changes are part of looking after your site, so you do not need to learn it all yourself.
Can I cancel?
